VP of Operations

Summary:

This position is remote. The position is primarily responsible for leading all of the Program and Project Management functions of Walton Signage in accordance with industry standards, where applicable, regulatory agencies, as appropriate and company objectives and policies. The incumbent will be responsible for strategic planning, day to day operations, delivering a remarkable customer experience, increased profitability, and growth by executing with the best employees, processes, and systems. Demonstrating leadership and unwavering commitment to Walton’s mission, purpose and core values of integrity, quality, responsibility and growth in everything we do.  This position will serve as a member of the Sr. Leadership team by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates and report directly to the CEO.
