Serves as the first responder to all Helpdesk tickets.
Troubleshoots software and hardware issues.
Manages Printer resolution requests such as toner and paper jams.
Handles new machine installation, and follows new machine checklist.
Sets up new employees in IT systems and databases.
Makes mailbox changes upon request.
Handles the Basic Terminal Server tasks (resetting connections).
Runs analysis reports from Helpdesk tickets for IT Manager.
Assists IT staff in ongoing projects and tasks.
Brings new ideas and creative solutions to the table.
Basic knowledge of networking
Installs new software per request.
Associates in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
